Dhaka – Police arrested an alleged terrorist along with a one-shooter gun, 100 gram heroin and one round of bullet from Putkhali border area here in Benapole on Friday night.The arrestee was identified as Rana, 24, son of Harun, a resident of Balunda village of the border area,UNB news agency reported.Officer-in-charge of Benapole Port Police Station Apurba Hasan said tipped off, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested Rana at night.The law enforcers also recovered a one-shooter gun, 100 gram heroin and one round of bullet from his possession.The arrestee was wanted in several cases, the OC added.
