DINAJPUR, Feb 4, 2014 (BSS) – A bicyclist was killed and five others injured in separate road accidents here on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Sirajul Islam, 35, son of Hafijuddin at Pikepara village of Biral upazila.Police said the accident occurred when a stone laden truck hit Sirajul’s bicycle while he was going to a bazaar at 9 am, leaving him injured.Besides, another accident occurred when a sand laden truck hit a human hauler in eye hospital intersection area at 2 pm, leaving five injured including the driver.All the injured were admitted to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital where one of them Sirajul succumbed to his injuries.-BSS, Djnajpur
