A man was killed in a road accident near Dampara Police Station of the city early Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Shamim, 28, son of Ali Ershad of Ambagan area under Khulshi Police Station of the city.Nazimuddin, in-charge of Chittagong Medical College police camp, said Shamim was hit by a private car while crossing the road in the area around 6:00am in the morning.He was rushed to CMCH where on-duty doctors declared him dead. -UNB, Chittagong
