The Political Science department of Rajshahi University (RU) emerged champion in the “Inter-department Football Championship-2015” beating the Economics department.
University VC Professor Muhammad Mizanuddin handed over the prize among the winners attending as the chief guest at a function on Saturday evening at the university stadium.
Pro-VC Professor Chowdhury Sarwar Jahan, President of inter-dept sub-games committee Professor Abu Bakar Mohammad Ismail and acting director of Physical Education department Chowdhury Moniruzzaman addressed the function.
