Prize distribution ceremony and cultural function held

Chairman of Bangladesh Technical Education Board Professor Abul Kashem
said there is no alternative to technical education for the
development of the country. The technical education making the youths
competent for employment.
The chairman was addressing in the prize distribution ceremony of
annual sports and cultural competition of Narsingdi Polytechnic
Institute here yesterday (Saturday)
Abul Kashem said the youth have to build themselves with knowledge of
different technical education including sports and games.He stressed
on the need of sports and games for sound health.
The chairman emphasized on the importance of technical education. He
said the government has taken a plan to disburse loan among the
technical graduates (Diploma Engineers) without interest Taka-10 lakh
each and  with interest Taka – up to10 crores each for running their
business with the coordination of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and
Industries (DCCI)
With the chair of Shosil kumar pal the prize distribution ceremony was
addressed among others by BSS district correspondent Mohammad Abu
Taher, teachers of the institution Mahbabor Rahman ,Shakila Rahman,
Monirul Islam, Hafiza Sultana Mobarak hossain and staff of the
institution Jiban Kumar Pal
The chairman distributed the prizes among the winners of the competition.
