Public money and its proper use!

Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid, says that 30,000 schools have got e-services and some schools have got multimedia projector, laptop and other accessories in the meantime. But the reality is that some schools have got them and a few schools have their own computers. Almost all the teachers do not know how to run computers, and frequent load shedding also troubles them a lot.
Classrooms are not suitable for conducting multimedia classes. More interestingly in those which have the laptops and multimedia sets, these items are stored in the almirahs of the head teacher or asstt. teacher of the concerned schools.
Most of the schools have no suitable blackboards or whiteboards so that teachers can solve a math question in one go.
Please help teachers so that they can use multimedia in the classroom.
