Re-excavating work of twoponds and construction of boundary and retaining walls of the Fish Seed Farm (FSF) of the district has been progressing fast.
Department of fisheries is implementing the works at a cost of Taka 76 lakh aimed at producing quality and healthy fingerlings under Fisheries Establishment Rehabilitation and Development Project, official sources said. Twenty- percent work has already been completed and the rest would be finished by November next, said M. Shajahan Miah, an engineer of the department.
