An army man was killed and four people were injured when a truck rammed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Bateshwar Talerpar area in the city on the Sylhet-Tamabil Road on Tuesday morning.The deceased was identified as Mizanur Rahman, 24, son of Nazir Uddin, a resident of Dibpur village in Baghmara thana of Rajshahi district.Shirin, sub-inspector of Shahparan Police Station, said a speeding truck hit the CNG-run auto-rickshaw, carrying four army men including Mizanur, while going to Sylhet Cantonment at about 6:00 am, killing Mizanur on the spot and injuring four others – three other army men and the auto-rickshaw driver.The four injured have been admitted to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital.
