Dhaka – A woman was killed and her husband injured critically as a bus hit their motorbike in Borodorga area of the upazila in Pirganj at Rangpur this morning.The victim was Nargis, 35, a NGO worker and wife of school teacher Mahabubur Rahman, resident of Kanchangari village of the upazila.Police said the accident occurred when a bus of “Tista Paribahan” hit the motorbike in the area at about 8.30 am, leaving the bike rider Nargis dead on the spot and Mahabubur critically injured.He was sent to Rangpur Medical College Hospital.A case was filed in this connection.BSS
