DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses is underway showing gain in share-price indices on Tuesday.The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) general index rose over 10 points to stand at 3, 671 at 11:00 am.
Trade deals stood at 6, 446 with transaction at Tk 149 million. Of the issues traded, 114 advanced, 32 declined and 18 remained unchanged.
RINSIN topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 18 million having changed hands during the time.
Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing up to 7, 961 by gaining over 20 points at 11:02 am.
Out of the issues traded, 35 gained, 12 declined and six remained unchanged.
