Police arrested Jatiyatabadi Shramik Dal’s district unit president Sardar Liakat Ali from in front of his house in VIP Mor of the town on Friday night.Bagerhat Model Police Station officer-in-charge Azam Ali Khan said on a tip-off, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested Sardar around 7:30 pm.He was arrested on suspicion that he might carry out subversive activities, the OC added.
