Dhaka – Bangladesh’s celebrity golfer Siddikur Rahman maintained the leadership in the City Bank American Express Dhaka Open after the 3rd round at Kurmitola Golf Club course on Friday.Siddikur aggregated 12-under-par 204, closely followed by an Indian golfer Shankar Das who is two shots behind with 10-under-par 206, while another Indian Shamim Khan secured the 3rd place, carding five-under-par 211.In the 3rd round, Siddikur birdied three against one bogey for a two-under-par 70, following his six-under-par 66 and a four-under-par 68 in the 2nd and 1st round respectively.The two-time Asian tour winner Siddikur was bogey-free in the first 9 on the day with two birdies for the 3rd and 5th putts. He continued for a flawless session with another birdie in the 14th hole before went down with dismal bogey in the next hole and traded even-par in the rest three holes.UNB news agency
