Siddikur starts Thailand Open with 2 under par

Dhaka – Bangladesh trailblazing golfer Siddikur Rahman made a good start in the US$ 300,000 Thailand Open as he took two shots less to pars in the first round at Thai Country Club course on Thursday.The two-time Asian Tour winner Siddikur carded two-under-par 68, four shorts behind the leader Natipong Srithong of Thailand.
Siddikur birdied five against three bogies on the opening day at the 7060 yards course, sharing the 29th spot with 13 others.
Jazz Janewattananond and Sarit Suwannarut of Thailand on alongwith India’s Chikkarangappa S, produced his best round in 2018, matching five-under- 65s to trail in second place.UNB
