The results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations will be published on May 11.
“Yes, the results of SSC and its equivalent examinations will be published on May 11,” Education Secretary Sohrab Hossain told UNB on Monday. Dhaka, UNB news agency reported.
He said Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will hand over the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the morning. Later, the Education Minister will unveil the results at a press briefing at his office at noon.
This year, some 1,651,523 students participated in the examinations in 3,143 centres.
Beginning on February 1 the written examinations ended on March 8 while the practical tests were held from 9 to 14 March.
