Police arrested five suspected muggers at Iqbal Nagar in Sunamganj upazila on Tuesday.The arrested persons were identified as Farhad, Taufiq, Babu, Sumon and another Babu, said to be activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League.Locals said they held the five when a group of 6 to 7 muggers snatched gold chain, cash and mobile phones from a couple—Saad Ahmed and his wife—in the area around 6pm and handed them over to the local police. -UNB, Sylhet‘
