Energy and Mineral Resources Division Secretary Abu Hena Md Rahmatul Muneem on Friday said those responsible for the disappearance of 1.44 lakh tonnes of coal from Barapukuria Coal Mining Company Limited (BCMCL) will be brought to justice.
