Dhaka, April 22 – US-Bangla Airlines authorities claimed that there are some ‘inconsistencies’ in the initial probe report provided by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepalon the crash of its aircraft at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport on March 12.
