Police arrested an alleged terrorist in possession of a foreign-made pistol, four rounds of bullet and some sharp weapons from his house at Dakkhin Chakjadu village in Dhamoirhat upazila on Wednesday morning.
The arrestee was identified as Aminur Rahman, 32, a resident of the same village.Officer-in-charge Mirza Abdus Salam of Dhamoirhat police Station said on secret information, a team of police conducted a raid on the house of Aminur in the area and arrested him at about 8:30 am.Police also recovered a foreign-made pistol, four rounds of bullet and some sharp weapons from his possession.A case was filed under the Arms Act. -UNB, Naogaon
