Benapole – Police arrested an alleged terrorist in possession of a foreign-made pistol, one magazine and three rounds of bullet from Ramnagar Dakkhinpara in Sadar upazila of Jessore on Wednesday night.The arrestee was identified as Waliar Rahman Prince, son of Haidar Ali, a resident of the village,UNB News Agency Reported.Officer-in-charge of Jessore Kotwali Police Station Elias Hossain said tipped off, a team of police conducted a raid on the house of Prince in the area and arrested him at about 11:30pm.Later, the law enforcers also recovered a foreign-made pistol, one magazine and three rounds of bullet after searching his house.The arrestee was wanted in several cases with the different police stations, the OC added.A case was filed in this connection.
