Thailand Open: Siddikur’s cut sees one-under par

Dhaka – Bangladesh celebrity golfer Siddikur Rahman made successful cut in the $300,000 Thailand Open placing joint 44th after the second round at Thai Country Club course on Friday.
Siddikur aggregated one-over-par 139, nine shots behind the leader Sarit Suwannarut of Thailand followed by his compatriot Panuphol Pittayarat with nine-under-par 131.
The two-time Asian Tour winner Siddikur birdied one against two bogies for one over-par 71 in the second round, starting the day with two-under-par 68. He shared his place with 13 other players.
Siddikur was flawless before putting the 7th hole with a bogey in the first 9. Herecovered the gap with a birdie in the 15th, but saw the day’s another bogey in the next hole.UNB
