Finance minister- Abul Mal Abdul Muhit has said that Jamaat-e-Islami is involved in snatching away three convicted JMC members from the prison van. We would not have been astonished if he had said Jmaat-e-Islami was involved also in siphoning a huge amount of money from the Sonali Bank through hackers. We saw hallmark debacle, share market debacle and a few other instances financial looting.It found that many Awami League leaders including a few veteran ones have not got chance in the new cabinet as has been the case with some former ministers due to alleged involvement in corruption. The honourble finance minister should have been more guarded in making the latest allegation. Everything that goes wrong should not be blamed on the opposition.
