At least 30 passenger of a bus plying on Patuakhali-Barisal route became injured at about 8:00 am Friday in Dapdapia area of the city after the vehicle hit a roadside wall and tree.Of the injured, 27 admitted in Barisal Sher E Bangla Medical College Hospital.Among them condition of five were critical, said SBMCH ward master Abul Kalam.The bus of Hasan-Hasi Paribahan left Patuakhali for Barisal at 6:15 AM.The accident occurred after driver of the bus loosing control over the vehicle at the slop of Shaheed Abdur Rob Serniabad Bridge, hit the road side wall of Sonargaon Textile Mills at Dapdapia area about 8:00 AM. Local people, fire brigade and police rush to the spot recovering the passengers sent 27 of injured to SBMCH.Driver and the other staffs of the bus managed to flee from the scene and police seized the bus, said Sub Inspector Pran Krishna of Barisal Kotwali police station visiting the spot.Barisal Correspondent
