NARAIL, Nov 14, 2014 (BSS)- The Detective Branch (DB) of police in a drive arrested three drug peddlers and recovered 147 bottles of phensidyl from Shitarampur Bridge area on the Narail-Jessore highway under Sadar upazila this morning.The arrested were Rony, 30, of Shalgaria village, Alam, 32,and Joinal, 40, of Srikantapur village in Pabna district.On a tip-off, a team of DB police intercepted a microbus in the area and arrested them and recovered the phensidyl after searching the microbus, said Sub Inspector of DB police Siddiqur Rahman. A case was filed with Sadar thana in this connection.
