A 70-day long basic training course on computer education began at Ansar and VDP training centre here on Sunday amid much enthusiasm.Ansar and VDP office organized the training to build skilled manpower to lead the country towards desired development and help Bangladesh turn into a middle income nation by 2021 through building Digital Bangladesh.District commandant of Ansar and VDP Mahbubur Rahman inaugurated the training course as the chief guest and journalist Sarker M. Shahiduzzaman was present as the special guest while Sadar upazila ansar and VDP officer M. Shahidul Haque presided over the inaugural ceremony.The speakers urged the trainers to devote themselves during the training period so that they could utilize the knowledge acquired from the training in working life properly in future.IT experts Rezaul Karim James and Firoz Ahmed Angur are conducting the training course as the resource persons while Shaghata upazila ansar and VDP officer M. Shamsul Alam Mondal is performing his responsibility as training officer.A total of 30 educated youths including women aged between 18 and 30 are taking part in the training course. -BSS, Gaibandha
