A five-day training course titled ‘National e-service Introduction’ both theoretical and
practical for the office staff of the local district administration started here on Sunday.
DC Mainuddin Ahmed inaugurating the training course as the chief guest said that
with the objective of rendering quick services to the people, the digital system has been
introduced and people are already getting its benefit.
The inaugural session was presided over by ADC (Education and ICT) Mina
Masuduzzaman while ADC (Gen) M Jahangir Hossain was the special guest.
The course divided into several sessions includes giving conception on national e-service
system, e-filing, e-correspondence, dash board, password changing, register maintaining,
library functioning, e-work list preparation, e-meeting, receiving letters and files and its
presentation to the concerned places through digitized system.
Trained ICT officials of the district administration are working as trainers. About 100
staff members of DC office are taking part in the course. -BSS, FARIDPUR
