CHAPAINAWABGANJ – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-5 arrested two alleged drug peddlers with 200 grams of heroin from Achua village under Godagari upazila in Rajshahi district today.The arrested were M Mikail, 22, son of M Intaj Ali and M Khairul Islam, 21, son of M Intaj Ali Kalu, both of them residents of Motherpur Vimdanga village of the upazila.
On a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive in the area at about 11 am and arrested the duo with the heroin worth about Taka 20 lakh, RAB official said.A case was filed in this connection.(BSS)
