Dhaka – Usha Krira Chakra beat Wari Club by 4-1 goals to make a good start in the Dhaka Premier Division Hockey League at Maulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium on Friday. Mahbub Hossain broke the deadlock by a penalty corner goal for Usha KC while Krishna Kumar, Hasan Jubear Niloy and Nayeem Uddin struck one field goal each. Sihan scored the consolation goal for Wari Club. A total of 12 teams are participating in the around one-and-a-half month long tournament, sponsored by Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd.The participating teams are: Abahani Ltd, Railway SC, Usha KC, Wari Club, Sadharan Bima KS, Ajax SC, Azad SC, Sonali Bank SRC, Dhaka Wanderers Club, Mohammedan SC, Bangladesh SC and Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club.
