Police recovered the body of an unidentified woman from the Buriganga river in Dhaka on Saturday.
Keraniganj model thana officer-in-charge Md Shahjaman said local people found the floating body of the woman, aged about 35, near Potkajor Gudaraghat area around 5 pm and informed police.Police recovered the body and sent it to Mitford Hospital. Police suspected that miscreants might have dumped the body in the river after killing the woman.
