Work place outcome interpretation, Chicago breakthrough

HaqAccording to Gene mechanics: work place outcomes – that include products including services, good will, reputations, relationships, and behaviors – have intra, inter and other generational implications, as well as ramifications at, as applicable, organisation, individual, family, group, market and other levels. Things like organizational behaviors  and organisational outcomes are influenced or otherwise dealt with by a variety of factors that are pertaining to, or connected with, or ancillary to (or any combination of them), for example Gene mechanics. Expectations of supervisors and supervisees at conceptual, operation, decision making, output, welfare, profit and other levels of the work place – is one of above factors. When expectations of supervisors in for example performance areas are higher the supervisees tend to perform at a higher level in relevant areas, and vice versa. The term – work place – has been used in the article in deeper and wider senses.When a telephonist or a secretary of an organisation receives calls from outside callers, s/he responds to those calls, and conversations begin and end – the resultant experiences and outcomes wide open among other things sluice gates of opportunities for exploration of expectation of supervisors, as well as supervisees therein besides, opportunities for examination of outcomes thereof – all relative to time, space and other variables. One could experience a variety of outcomes of organisational behaviors from different hierarchical levels of organisations in for example Bangladesh in such quality form as polite or rude or respectful or disrespectful or deliberate under-estimations of all concerned via sign and other languages or responsible or irresponsible or competitive or less competitive or supervisees being criticised in public or cooperative or non-cooperative or any combination of them – as appropriate.
Let us now focus on Gene mechanics per se before we proceed further with work place outcome interpretations in the context of Gene mechanics. One of the evolving theories of Gene mechanics states: Gene mechanics is ‘part’ of, and it works as well as functions with and through, genes of all concerned including humans in relation to rest of universes and beyond, and vice versa – against the backdrop of grand limitations such as gravity, uncertainty, change, transformation, relativity, reflex, imagination, and beyond, as applicable.
Purposes of Gene mechanics include inter alia and as appropriate: creation, recreation and maintenance of fixed, moving and other types of realities (used in widest and deepest senses) – as apparent to humans and other inhabitants of say universes in respective ways, over a variety of ‘time’ periods – for use by all concerned in efforts towards or otherwise as applicable life, living, continuity, growth, death and recycling, to name a few.
Knowledge, understanding and application are among above realities and are not immune to what I would call effects of balancing operations of creations on components of creations in existential known, unknown and other ways within and beyond grand and other limitations. Interface of commonality (IOC) of Gene mechanics helps create, as well as sustain critical mass of above realities via linking or re-linking or otherwise as appropriate missing links between and among components of creations. IOC, in addition to other properties, has potentials for its use as coefficients in mathematics of Gene mechanics depending on for example the context of use in relevant areas.
Computations via gene computers (I call it in that way) or similar things will be in great demand in fully blown regimes of Gene mechanics. Gene computers are expected to be based on principles of Gene mechanics and to make direct use of gene power (I call it in that way) and other gene capabilities for computations under domains of say Gene mechanics. The demand for gene power is expected to be met by, among other things, bringing into action the required number of 100+ trillion cells x 30,000+ genes/cell of the human body in a conscious, meaningful and result-oriented form. Computations under Gene mechanics will be done predominantly within say humans; and gene computers will be required for inter alia triggering initial conditions for computations plus registering and displaying gene centered computational outputs. Outcomes from gene computers could lead to changes for better or worse or both depending on the context of use at local, global and other levels.
According to Gene mechanics, changing realities as apparent to humans and others concerned are not probably the same or even non-existent – especially, when it comes to spaces beyond limits of humans and others – thus making changing realities as apparent to humans and others somewhat similar to for example old wine in new bottle in ‘overall’ contexts of creations and at the cost of popular interpretations of present day breakthroughs in the form of truth behind the truth. One of changing realities as apparent recently to humans is – material ‘defying’ existing laws of sciences when it comes to squeezing of material under certain conditions (for example pressure), resulting in the expansion of material (for example a giant sponge) – the breakthrough at a suburban Chicago laboratory.
It is expected, Chicago breakthrough at one stage of its life cycle will be able to contribute to areas such as and as appropriate: cyber peace; destructive testing of say engineering materials (DT); production of powerful antidotes to temperature and weight – two of the big challenges before, and opportunities for, present day mechanical, as well as industrial engineering and technology; wider and more useful use of plastics and the space than that at present; new or additional interpretations of expanding universes; speeding up of exploration and exploitation of Gene mechanics for re-linking missing links between the breakthrough and a possible universe formula through the foreseeable future. By the way, cancellous bone of the human body consists of a meshwork of interconnecting sections of bone called the trabeculae – creating sponge like appearance of above bone – that gives strength to the bone without the added weight of being solid. Work place outcomes are inter alia products of individual genes and communities of genes that are harnessed by linking missing links that are required for achievement of work place goals under regimes of IOC (interface of commonality) – against the backdrop of Gene mechanics of all concerned subject to effects of grand and other limitations on them at individual, collective and other levels. It implies inter alia and as appropriate the stronger the bond within IOC, the greater the chances for achievement of goals of the work place. Factors such as and as appropriate expectations, commitments and visions of owners, supervisors, supervisees, markets including customers and concerned others are inter alia responsible for shaping, structuring, operationalisation, maintenance, substance and growth of regimes of IOC at organisational and other related levels.
Respect for people, elimination of wastage, the right person for the right job, sense of ownership and security, perception of honesty + fairness + justice, recognition of good work, the right compensation, the right environment for work and competition, freedom of expression and association – not embedded in destructive matrices, satisfaction of all concerned as a core success criteria, and continuous image building are among other things that could contribute to maximum work place outcomes at an affordable cost – relative however, to known, unknown and other variables.
Let us work towards that and solve problems of garment, newspaper and other industries in Bangladesh to maximum satisfaction of all concerned. Let us strike the right balance between expectations of for example supervisors and supervisees and implement that for benefits and satisfactions of all concerned. Let us finish quickly and in a sustainable manner industrial transformations in Bangladesh from say tailoring industries to heavy industries. It is expected friends of Bangladesh including the US and the SAARC, the media (print, electronic, others), civil society, the political parties and others concerned will supplement and complement efforts towards transformation of Bangladesh into an industrialized country in not too distant a future.
