Dhaka – A young man was killed as he was hit full-on by a running train at Bakila area in Hajiganj upazila in Chandpur on Wednesday afternoon.The deceased was identified as Arif Hossain, 35, son of Toyob Ali, a resident of Naohata village in Hajiganj upazila.The accident took place when the Chittagong-bound Sagorika express train coming from Chadpur hit Arif while he was crossing the rail line, leaving him dead on the spot, said Md Afzal Hossain, Additional Police Super of Chandpur.Although Golam Mostafa, Chairman of Kalacho Dakshin Union Parishad, said Arif was suffering from mental health issues.UNB news agency
