Gazipur – A young man was stabbed to death allegedly by his father in the city’s Khailkur area on Wednesday night.The deceased was identified as Rajib Hossain, 30, son of Khalilur Rahman of the area.Quoting locals, police said Khalilur who was a drug addict rented out his house to some wicked girls.Rajib locked into an altercation with his father around 11:30pm over the issue.At one stage, Khalilur stabbed his son indiscriminately, which left him critically injured.Later, he died on the way to Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital.Khalilur went into hiding after the incident.A case was filed with Joydevpur Police Station in this connection.(UNB)
