Cadet college result excellent in JSC

The results of the Cadet Colleges published on Thursday have been excellent in JSC across the country.

Almost all of the candidates passed successfully while most of the students of more than 10 cadet colleges obtained GPA-5.

Sylhet Cadet College has stood first for its number of GPA achiever. Here all of the 54 candidates obtained GPA-5.

A total of 47 students out of 51 achieved GPA-5 from Mymensingh Girls Cadet College, with all the JSC candidates passed in this educational institution.

Out of 52, some 37 examinees attained GPA-5 at Mirzapur Cadet College in Tangail.

College authorities said rate of passing in the college at JSC examinations is 100 percent.

Some 56 students appeared at the JSC examination from Rajshahi Cadet College where all of them passed in the exam.  In total 54 candidates obtained GPA-5.

Pabna Cadet College authorities said 100 percent candidates from their institution passed in the JSC examinations where 45 out of 48 students attended in the examination.

33 candidates obtained GPA-5 out of 50 at Comilla Cadet College. No one fails in the exams from this college.

A total number of 47 students appeared at the JSC examination from Jhenidah Cadet College. All of them passed in the exam and 44 obtained GPA-5.

Education Ministry sources said 57 students attended in the examination of Faujdarhat Cadet College. All of them passed in the exam with 47 obtaining GPA-5.

A number of 55 students appeared at the exams from Barisal Cadet College. 51 candidates totally achieved GPA-5 and rest of the candidates passed.

At Rangpur Cadet College,some 54 candidates appeared at the examinations while all of them passed.

Of them, 52 candidates obtained GPA-5, highest scale in the result of the examinations.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid expressed satisfaction over the overall result of Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC).

A total of 19 lakh 20 thousand and 508 candidates appeared at the JSC and JDC examinations in the current year while 88.01 percent male students and 86.02 percent female students obtained minimum pass marks in the exams.
