Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) recovered 12 crude bombs from Shaheed Zia Degree College compound in the town on Wednesday night.
Locals spotted the bombs inside a packet and informed the Rab camp in the area around 10.00pm.
A team of the elite force rushed in and recovered the bombs.
Rab suspected that the crude bombs were made targeting to create trouble on the eve of the National Mourning Day. -UNB, Joypurhat
