The Awami League-led 14-party alliance has called a public rally at Hajaribagh park field in Dhaka city at 3 pm on Wednesday protesting what the alliance termed “anti-state conspiracy and terrorism carried out by BNP and Jamaat”.This will be the second public meeting of the alliance since the start of the blockade programme of the Bnp-led 20-Party Alliance. The first public meeting of the Al-led alliance during the blockade was held at Suhrawardy Udyan on January 12 marking the home-coming day of Bangabandhu.
Awami League Presidium Member and central 14-party alliance spokesman Mohammad Nasim requested the leaders and workers of 14-party alliance and associate bodies to attend the programme in time, a press release said.
