Two bikers were killed in two separate accidents in Shibganj upazila of the district on Friday.The deceased were identified as Ahad Ali, 35, son of Ludu Biswas of Harinagar village, and Rezaul Karim, 27, son of Hashem Mondol of Sahratola village of the same upazila.Shibganj Police Station officer-in-charge MM Moinul Islam said Rezaul Karim was hit by a speeding truck from behind on Chapainawabganj-Sonamosjid road in Jalchhamari area while he was riding a motorcycle around 1pm, leaving him dead on the spot.Earlier, around 9am, another motorcyclist Ahad Ali was run over by a truck coming from opposite direction in Piling Mor area, leaving him
critically injured.Ahad Ali was rushed to Shibganj Upazila Health Complex where he succumbed to his injuries a while later. -UNB
