Two boys was killed as a truck rammed their bicycles at Chinir Battola on Bagha-Lalpur road in Lalpur upazila on Saturday afternoon.The deceased were identified as Nriob, 13, and Akash, 10.
Officer-in-charge of Lalpur Police Station Abdul High Talukdar said Nirob and Akash were going to Lalpur riding two bicycles in the afternoon.
When they reached Chinir Battola, a speeding truck hit their bicycles around 3:30pm, leaving the duo injured.
Later, local people rescued them and took them to Lalpur Upazila Health Complex where doctors declared them dead.
