Dhaka- A rickshaw van driver and a passenger were killed and seven people were injured as a bus hit the vehicle in Betil intersection area of Chowhali upazila in Sirajganj on Sunday.One the deceased was identified as van driver Abdul Baten.Rashedul Islam Biswas, officer-in-charge of Enayetpur Police Station, said the Sirajganj-bound bus rammed the van on Sirajganj-Enayetpur road as the driver lost control over the steering around 12pm, leaving the duo dead on the spot and seven people injured.
The injured were admitted to Sadar Hospital.UNB news agency
