Dhaka – Two minor siblings drowned in a water body (doba) at Balughata-Taranakandi village in Nalitabari upazila in Sherpur on Wednesday. The deceased were identified as Tajel Miah, 7, and his younger brother Tanvir Miah, sons of Lalchan Miah of the village.
Police and locals said Tajel and Tanvir fell into the water body while playing beside it near the house at noon and drowned.Later, locals recovered the two bodies from the water.UNB news agency
