Police in a drive arrested two alleged terrorists along with a foreign-made pistol and two rounds of bullet from Chhoto Achra village here on Sunday afternoon.
The arrested were identified as Ripon, son of Habib Sardar, and Iqramul, son of Umor Ali, both residents of the village. Mosharraf Hossain, officer-in-charge of Benapole Port Police Station,said being tipped off, a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested the duo in the afternoon.
Police also recovered a pistol and two rounds of bullet from their possession. A case was filed under the Arms Act.UNB, Benapole
