Three covered vans were torched by miscreants at Sayedpur on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Burichang upazila on Monday night.Police said a gang of criminals set ablaze three Chittagong-bound covered vans by pouring petrol when the vehicles were passing through the area at about 11:30 pm.On information, a fire fighting unit rushed to the spot and doused the blaze.No causality was reported in the incident.Sub-inspector of Burichong Police Station Nasir Uddin confirmed the incident. -UNB, Comilla
