District Relief and Rehabilitation Department (DRRO) has allocated 3,000 tonnes food grains to implement various development projects in the district during 2014-15 fiscal.According to DRRO, 1,500 tonnes rice were allotted for Test Relief (TR) programme while 1,500 tonnes wheat allotted for Food for Work (FFW) programme.It further said under the programmes, development works of earthen roads, educational institutions, playground, graveyard and mosques are being carried out.The development works began on October 21 and will continue till June 30 next, the DRRO sources added. -BSS, Jamalpur
