Dhaka – Four people were killed and seven others injured in two separate road accidents in Dinajpur on Tuesday.In Kaharole upazila, three people were killed and five others injured as a bus crashed into a human hauler at Sholo Mile area.The accident took place around 2am when the bus hit the human hauler (battery-run easy-bike) carrying some Hindu family members as they were returning from a programme ‘Harinam Songkirtan’, leaving Boisakh Barman and Gokul Ram dead on the spot and six others injured, said Mansur Ali, officer-in-charge of Kaharole Police Station.The injured were taken to M Abdur Rahim Medical College Hospital where another man, Shuvo, succumbed to his injuries.On the other hand, In Khanshama upazila, a student was killed and two others were injured as two motor bikes collided head-on at Bottoli around 9am, said Officer-in Charge of Kotwali Police Station Redowanur Rahman.The deceased is- Md Ahsan Habib Lion, 23, son of Md Matiur Rahman of Dangapara village of the upazila and a final year student of the People’s University of Bangladesh.UNB news agency
