6 bodies recovered from Cox’s Bazar sea beach

Cox’s Bazar, July 10 – Police recovered bodies of six people from Sughanda point of Cox’s Bazar sea beach in the district town on early Wednesday.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
Khairuzzaman, officer-in-charge (investigation) of Sadar Model Police Station, said being informed by local people a team of police recovered four bodies from the beach around 6 am and two other bodies around 8 am.
Police also found a trawler near the beach.
Police suspected that all the victims are fishermen and might have died in trawler capsize amid a storm.
The bodies were taken to Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy. – UNB
