Six people were killed and 10 others injured on Saturday when a bus rammed into a four-wheeler ‘Leguna’ at Mymensingh’s Bhaluka Upazila.
Bhaluka Model Police Station OC Abdul Motaleb Miah said this happened around 10.30pm at Aamtali area on the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway.Three died on the spot while two others died after being rushed to the Bhaluka Upazila Health Complex.
Another person died on way to the Mymensingh Medical College and Hospital.
Identities of those killed were not yet known.
OC Miah said the victims were travelling on the four-wheeler locally known as ‘Leguna’. They were heading for Gazipur’s Tongi to join the Ijtema. – bdnews24.com
