Chittagong district police in a series of special drives arrested 83 people from different upazilas of the district Sunday night.The law enforcers also recovered 53 litres of locally made liquor during the drives. The arrestees included a Jamaat activist and 74 accused in regular cases, said Naimul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) of district special branch. -BSS, Chittagong
