Dhaka – Police in a special anti-militancy drive arrested 90 people in Jessore district from Wednesday night in Jessore to Thursday noon.During the drive, two bombs and two jihadi books were also recovered.Jessore Police Super Anisur Rahman said as part of anti-militancy drive in Khulna, police arrested 90 people in Jessore within 24 hours.Of them, Kotwali police arrested 27 people, Manirampur police 12, Sharsha 11, Jhikargachha nine, Chaugachha eight, Benapole seven, Keshabpur seven, Abhaynagar four and Bagherpara police arrested five people.The arrestees were sent to the court on Thursday noon.UNB news agency
