A mobile court on Sunday sentenced a young man to six months’ imprisonment for stalking a JSC examinee in Gazaria upazila.Dr ATM Mahbub-ul-Karim, upazila nirbahi officer (UNO) of Gazaria upazila and also executive magistrate, handed down the verdict to Jewel Rana, 18, son of late Abdul Sattar of Natun Charcasi village of the upazila.The UNO said Jewel had long been harassing the JSC examinee and police arrested him red handed from in front of the examination centre Alhaj Kalimullah College while he was stalking her.Later, the mobile court pronounced the verdict giving him the jail term. -UNB, Munshiganj
