Dhaka- Police in a drive arrested a life term imprisonment convict from Chachra area in Jessore on Monday noon.The arrested was identified as Alamgir Hossain alis Alam, son of Akbar Ali of Chachra Colony para area in the town.He was an absconding convicted lifer in a case of Women and Children Repression Prevention Act.Sub-inspector Asaduzzaman of Kotwali Model Police Station said on secret information a team of police conducted a drive in the area and arrested him.UNB news agency
