Recently I went abroad. I found the departure lounge of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka neat and clean sans mosquitoes. But to my surprise I spotted two cats rambling, one even seen sitting on passenger’s couch in the waiting area. I wonder if those cats were domesticated.Meanwhile on return, I had experienced much hassle to get out of the immigration area. Because only one gate was open to get out. There were Haji Shahebs who arrived by Saudia and other passengers of Jet Airways. Everyone with their luggage-full trolleys assembled at the same exit point which had created a chaotic situation. Perhaps the authorities could ask the passengers to make a queue and exit slowly. In one word, there was gross mismanagement and it took much time to get out.
I would sincerely call upon the airport management to please be more active in controlling such hotchpotch.
