Director General (DG) of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) Major General Aziz Ahmmed categorically said border killings can be accepted in no way.
He came up with the observation in a view exchange meeting with journalists at BGB Headquarters on Monday morning.
Aziz Ahmmed said, “We expressed protest to India for each and every border killing, but the killings occurred due to careless border crossing.”
Over BDR mutiny, he added, “The persons involved have been tried already.”
Additional DG Brigadier General Abu Syed Khan and deputy director Colonel Iqbal Akhtar Mia were present in the meeting.
